Through my personalized consultations, we will look at all aspects of your life.

I’ll work alongside you to develop an integrated plan to achieve full body wellness—you may hear some suggestion around lifestyle changes. These might include adding something as simple as a new herbal tea to your daily routine. It might also make sense to make a few changes around your current routine and diet. You might hear about some food or herbal additions as well as various lifestyle adjustments like mindset practices, sleep hygiene, and more.

All of these will come with a neurospicy* perspective and holistic approach.

*”neurospicy” - I use this term to encompass various ideas. This would be being on the autism spectrum, having ADHD, mental health differences, etc.
